May - June 2010

This year, we couldn’t wait to get the summer started.  We brought Delphie up in mid May and were able to enjoy the wildlife at the slough before all the boats came up from the bay.  There were seals and otters and so many birds, but my favorite was a family of ducks that we watched grow up during the first months of the summer.

Brian and I welcomed our friends back to the Delta, one of the Moose boats came into the Slough and we watched Marrakesh in the Delta Ditch run.


The boys brought Otter up once school was out.  The weather warmed up.  We brought all the rest of the “toys” to the slough and we are ready for the summer to begin.
